- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

KDMC has simplified hiring to a single-stage computer-based test:

- 100 MCQs covering Technical Knowledge (70%), General Aptitude (20%), and Marathi/Local Language (10%).
- Duration: 90 minutes.
