Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- M.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) or Diploma in Nursing Education & Administration (DNEA) from a recognized institution approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
- Registration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna is mandatory.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching/professional experience in nursing (5 marks per year, max 25 marks).
2. Age Limit (as of 1st August 2025)
- General (Male): 21–37 years
- General (Female): 21–40 years
- OBC/EBC: 21–40 years
- SC/ST: 21–42 years
- PwD: Additional 10-year relaxation

Selection Process
The selection involves:

- Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer.

- Final Merit List – Based on CBT (75%) + Experience (25%)
